The feeling of delight following last weekend’s studio sale in Snug Harbor still has me floating in the air. It was wonderful to meet so many great people, and send off so many original pieces and novel experiments into new hands.

My connection with artmaking is foundationally physical/ material. I love getting my hands dirty when I make art, I love the texture of good paper. Being able to share that unique work with others was immensely satisfying.
